Your future daily business:
– Providing support to the members of a medical society (e.g. administration, correspondence, registration)
– Providing support to the Board
– Organisation of meetings, medical courses/workshops/congresses and board/committee meetings
– Design and preparation of various print media
– Preparation of statistics, analysis of evaluations
– General office support (file management, appointment and travel coordination)
– Website administration
– Data administration

Your profile:
– Excellent command of English language, additional language skills beneficial
– Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Experience in society or event management is an advantage
– Ability to work in a team as well as independently
– Strong organisational skills
– Willingness to travel

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy is at least € 1,900 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualification.
